There is a central library in the college campus named LATE PHULMAI BORAH MEMORIAL library with sufficient equipment for reading. The college library aims at helping the student in a proper understanding of the various disciplines. It prepares them for advance studies and for shouldering the responsibilities in future life.
Samaguri College library builds up a balanced collection of a wide variety of learning and teaching materials to satisfy varied curricular activities of both students and teachers. The collections are selected on the basis of requirement of both the students and teachers. The library collections include textbooks, reference books, periodicals, and journals.
Samaguri college at present has taken steps to automate the library for all its housekeeping operations.
